Home Health Care
What is Home Health?
Home health care allows individuals to remain in their homes alone or with their families. Home Health provides in-home services, which may include:
- Skilled Nursing
- Physical Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Aide Services
- Medical Social Services
- Newborn Home Visits
- BCMH Services
These services strive to meet your individual needs and will be provided in your home on an intermittent basis. All home health services will be provided under the orders of your doctor.
The initial assessment will be done by a registered nurse.
Our Home Health Staff
- Are licensed, experienced, and caring health professionals who utilize Best Practices
- Assist you to understand and manage your care to help you maintain
your independence - Educate you in the practices that can speed recovery
- Communicate with your health care providers as needed

Home Health Services have several payment options:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Veterans Administration
- Private Insurance Plans
Hi-Tech
We offer Hi-Tech home therapies which may include:
- Total parenteral nutrition
- IV antibiotics
- IV pain management
- Hydration therapy
*Spanish translator available

All residents of Erie County, including those who live in that portion of Vermilion City
that lies in Lorain.
