The Erie County Health Department has provided Botvin’s Life Skills programming to many students in Erie County Schools and the Northern Ohio Juvenile Justice Center.
The Life Skills program's goal and proven outcome is to reduce alcohol/drug abuse and provide skills to make students more successful in the areas of goal setting, decision making, advertising persuasion, communication, assertiveness, reducing anxiety, anger management and conflict resolution. This is a Top Tier program extensively evaluated and recommended by The Center for Disease Control. Your Health Department is dedicated to using the most efficient and cost effective programs available to increase the health of our youth, families and community.
