EFFECTIVE 10/23/08 - Cost of vaccine is $10 for anyone 6 months or older.
We will bill Medicare and Medicaid. Cash or valid check accepted for all others.
Please bring your Medicare or Medicaid card and driver’s license or state ID for the registration and billing process.
“High risk” includes: persons 50 and older, anyone with a chronic medical condition (except high BP only) ie: heart disease, cancer, asthma, lung disease, diabetes.
